Background progress accumulates at half the normal rate for up to 24 hours. When returning, players may optionally watch an ad to double those background rewards, bringing them to parity with paid players

Golden Sunstone Status
Golden Sunstone Status is the optional “buy-the-game” purchase. On mobile, it removes ads and sets background progress to the normal rate. On mobile and desktop, it raises the background-progress cap to seven days
